Raul, Juan, etc. have been so helpful and easy to work with. I have been car shopping for over 6 weeks and there is a reason I moved forward with this dealer. They are honest and up front, willing to help with any request, waited for me to do my own inspection, and held the car for over a week while I squared everything away.
